Charlotte Brewery and Taproom

We have a beautiful, historic facility where we have our Taproom and Production in Charlotte, NC. We invite you to come hang out at our rustic facility with your friends and family. Our friendly staff is always available to answer any questions you have about our beverages and brand.  

​Our Taproom has unique viewing windows to see where we brew our kombucha, beer, sours, wild ales, cocktails, and hard kombucha. 

Food at the Brewery

As of May 12th, 2026 our Kitchen is being renovated. We expect construction to wrap up in mid-July with a new and improved kitchen concept.

We plan to have food trucks and other snacks available during this kitchen renovation process!

Cocktails and Liquor 

Custom draft cocktails are available in the Taproom. We use a variety of locally sourced produce, botanicals, and kombuchas to create cocktails that are tasty and refreshing.

We also have an assortment of liquor to mix with standard mixers such as sodas and juices.

Dogs at the Brewery

All dogs are welcome to hang out on our large, fenced-in patio!

Due to the fact that we have an in-house kitchen, we unfortunately are not allowed to have Dogs inside the Taproom.
