Lenny Boy Yoga

Each Thursday at 7pm and Saturday at 10am we have a different instructor from multiple studios across Charlotte to provide a beginner-friendly vinyasa flow.  Keep an eye on our social accounts for other unique fitness class opportunities!

When: Thursday at 7pm; Saturday at 10 AM
Cost: $5, which includes a 6 oz pour of kombucha

Sponsored by OrthoCarolina, this Run Club takes you on the light rail for a scenic route.

​When: Sunday at 11 AM
Cost: Free, plus a 6 oz pour of kombucha
Length of Run: 1, 3, or 5 mile options are most common
