Our Sours and Wild Ales are fermented with various single strain yeasts, sour'd in the kettle, or various wild cultures. Our Sours and Wild Ales are loved by many beer ​connoisseurs and wine-lovers across the South East.  Cheers to drinking local!

Our sours are subject to seasonality. Each flavor is not available year-round. Most mixed culture sours are a one-time release and may be re-made on occasion.

Triple Berry Jam
Sour Ale

7% ABV

Triple Berry Jam is out of this world good! From a planet oozing with juicy Strawberries, Blueberries, and Raspberries. Contains lactose.

Strawberry Jam
Sour Ale

7.4% ABV

We use cold pressed strawberries to unveil a sweet and tart flavor profile. We soured this beer and fermented with lactose to seduce your taste buds. This sour will steal your heart.

Peach Jam
Sour Ale

7% ABV

True to one of our regions favorite flavors, this sour is packed with juicy Peach flavors. This sour will take your taste buds on flavor-packed rocket ride! Contains lactose.

This   mixed-culture sour ale was aged on Plums for 8+ months in our American Oak Foeder vessels. Flavor forward with aromas of ripe, juicy plums and a distinct dry, sour finish.  12oz bottle. Not currently in production.

This   variant  was made with black peppercorn using a   mixed-culture sour ale that was aged on Plums for 8+ months in our American Oak Foeder vessels.  12oz bottle.   Not currently in production.

Seduction Series 1
Mixed Culture Sour Ale

7% ABV

​This unique rye blonde ale was aged in Korbin Kameron red wine barrels on fresh blueberries for over eight months. The wild ale brings aromas of sour berries with hints of earthen softness. The taste carries an upfront tartness that sparks your tongue with a smooth, yet crisp aftertaste that leaves your mouth feeling dry and craving another sip. 500ml bottle.   Not currently in production.

Seduction Series 2
Mixed Culture Sour Ale

8.4% ABV

Working with local farms is a passion of ours. Combining two North Carolina native grapes, Muscadines and Scuppernongs, in a wild ale fermented with Brettanomyces. This beer has an upfront tartness, notes of white grapes, and a complex earthy backbone. 500mL bottle.   Not currently in production.

Seduction Series 3
Mixed Culture Sour Ale

8% ABV

This wild ale was rested on local peaches in Korbin Kameron red wine barrels for over a year. Savor the flavors of delicate peach, American oak, and hints of red wine. 500mL bottle.   Not currently in production.

Foeder Juice 1

We aged a base blonde ale in our American Oak Foeder vessel with a mixed culture for over a year, then refermented the wild ale on Pineapple and Guava. 500mL bottle.   Not currently in production.
