We ferment our hard kombucha with our in-house culture that we have been maintaining for eight years. Over the years, we have sequenced our culture to create an alcoholic kombucha. We developed this method over the past couple years and you can now enjoy Elation Hard Kombucha in our Taproom and retailers across North Carolina and South Carolina! The probiotics from our culture and the fermentation process fill your gut with healthy bacteria that is great for your immune system, digestive system and overall health. We brew Elation hard kombucha to provide you a happy and better-for-you drinking experience!
